A proper assessment is the starting point of program design for clients. Customization is the key component that sets personal trainers apart from group classes, so understanding and using these principals is crucial. Once you understand people’s strengths and weaknesses you can then move on to goal setting, evaluation, programming and exercise selection. At Free Form Academy personal trainers will learn (hands-on) how to properly assess a client in order to prevent injuries, rehabilitate imbalances and set the pace for optimal results.
