Being able to properly assess and rehabilitate a clients injuries is an important tool in the personal trainers toolbox. If you’re looking to be the best personal trainer in your field you must have a good understanding of biomechanics. You must know how to take a client from an injured state to a balanced, healthy one through a safe and effective progression. You may not need to be as specialized as a physiotherapist but being able to communicate back and forth with one sets you up for not only helping a lot of clients but also a flood of referrals.
